When are y'all open?
Our cafe at 503 Main St. in Blanco, TX is open Monday-Thursday from 9 am - 7 pm and Saturday/Sunday from 10 am - 7 pm. We currently are serving gelato, espresso, cured meats, locally sourced cheeses, and a variety of specialty and gourmet grocery items and snacks.

Do you sell water buffalo mozzarella?
We don't currently sell water buffalo mozzarella. We do make a fior di latte (cow milk mozzarella) from time to time, and source many delicious cheeses locally as well as from other top cheesemakers in the US.
Where can we purchase your gelato?
Click the "Where to Buy" link in the header of our website for a list of purveyors carrying OroBianco Italian Creamery gelato.
Do y'all sell water buffalo milk?
We DO NOT sell water buffalo milk as we use what we can get exclusively for our gelato.
Can you cater our next event with gelato?
